Awful customer service!!! refused to open my business saving account because branch will be closing in 45 minutes even i do have business checking account, strongly believe if you are person of color don' t expecting a service unless you are Caucasian Race

Is that legal that teller ask of the bank asks your social security once you provide your valid id and driver licence. And he refused to deposite money once i didnt give him my social security number!!!!!Hello Sheida, banking regulations require us to 'know your customer', which is why the tellers ask these security questions when you make transactions inside of the branch.
