I am truly happy that my bank In different locations are Open there so thoughtful And the reason I say that they call and check on you. They also message you and send you updates. And I think that is excellent example of a bank That cares. And when I do go in. They are so friendly and nice very helpful. My favourite is they remember my name.

Today I was scheduled for opening a business account at 10:00 am with Ted Archuleta. He called me 20 minutes prior to my appointment, kept me on the phone as I was trying to get ready . He was in a rush to get information prior so I knew he was in a hurry for something else. He then tried to confuse me with different info than I was initially given. When I said I was still coming in at 10:00 He then called back to cancel my appointment was he stated I did not have paperwork ready which really what I need is drivers license and social and $100.00 which I have and that he had another appointment at 11:00 one hour later!!! I don't know if this guy had a lunch date or what but he was in a rush to do something else. Nevertheless I am going somewhere else to do business especially when the employee puts personal business above work.

So far I have never found this location to be very crowded, it's close off the freeway and everybody is extremely friendly.

Very bad attitude and service and trying too much to make it uncomfortable and frustrate. I have an account with them and add my self to another account and they ask too many ID and plus they want to know I'm US citizen. Feel like humiliating have bank with Wells Fargo and Bank of America never ask this many question. Sounds like they made there own rules. Feel very stupid won't be voice to open account here very bad service.
