Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Their employees have no idea what they're talking about including a member of "management" named Christy. My boyfriend lost his debit card and we called the bank multiple times, talked to multiple employees they took down our name and number and told us they'd call us back about the card and NEVER called, when I called the bank again today to complain I was treated like garbage and told the card has been shredded and a I'd have to wait 7-10 days for a new one in the mail Christy was very rude to me and attempted to get me to hang up the phone by putting me on hold for OVER 40 minutes after I asked to speak with the highest manager "her manager wasn't available to talk." I would highly recommend you do not bank here at all costs! Worst experience I've ever had with a bank!
