They blocked the bank app I called more than ten times and dpy all the personal information and even the bank where I opened my account and there is no one in the entire financial company to help me unlock it bad service all chase bank

Whats the piont of posting hours of operation when they are always closed. They close and open the bank as they desire. Went there last saturday multipe time and bank closed all day. Its an ongoing issue with this location.

Came in to make some changes to my account. I signed in and sat down to wait along with several others. They became inpatient after seeing the chase personnel did not bother to assist them and left chase. She had no one at her desk. I stuck around for a good 15 mins and could hear she was watching videos on her phone and I was going to walk over and see if she was going to assist me when two men came in who happened to know the chase personnel and walked straight in and sat down at her desk. She assisted them on the spot. So the wait continued until 20 mins later, another chase personnel came back from lunch and was able to help me.
