I had to rent a vehicle after I wrecked mine while I was shopping for a new one. They had a little trouble securing one for me at first (not their fault, I think Enterprise sold some of their fleet during Covid bc of business being slow?) but I ended up with a nice new crossover and got a discount for doing a weekly rental. They were great about extending the return date when I needed to and I continued to get the weekly discount as long as I called and told them ahead of time that I needed to extend. Drop off was quick and easy (literally 3 minutes) and all I had to do was make sure the gas was full again - as it was when I got it. Very nice, clean car and the staff at pick up and drop off were super nice and accommodating.

Listing vehicles available for rental on Priceline.com and then being notified that you have none available creates a very bad experience for your customers. I appreciate such notification, but still unacceptable. I did not enjoy our conversation today and the excuse you gave. Brendan, claiming that Priceline does "their own thing" when you were informed they were showing rental vehicles as available was a POOR EXCUSE. They would not be listing vehicles at location for rent unless they had a contractual agreement with your agency. Such a response is insulting to my intelligence. Normally, I have been very happy with Enterprise as a company. This has been a big disappointment and you all have failed miserably. UPDATE: I followed the instructions in your response.
