We live a street up from Ellie's. Never had one of their roast beef hoagies until we moved about 4 years ago. I love them because they are easily 2 meals or 2 people could share 1. Their seasoned lettuce is so tasty. I have never encountered a rude employee. If a mistake happens they are quick to fix. Highly recommend

They have a nice assortment of fresh, homemade bakery goods and deli salad, meats and cheeses, cut to order...they have a few snacks...they're reasonably priced...and they accept EBT (food assistance) cards!

The food is fine, around 3-4 stars, but the service is pretty bad. Anymore than one customer and the people behind the counter get overwhelmed. The person taking my order totally screwed up the order, even after taking over 15 minutes to make three hoagies, one of which she decided to make a sandwich. I wasn't sure how long it would take her to make a basic cold cut hoagie as I ordered it so just let it go. This is my third time going and it's the same thing every time. Decent food, poor service.
