I had issues in the self checkout the specific worker is referring to is breanna. It was rude and disrespectful thinking that everyone has one membership and can only do one transaction. We had two memberships but I didn’t let her know we had two memberships because she already started a rude conversation. She told me that she can check me out to a regular lane and all she did was cancel my transaction. She lied to me and had me move to a regular lane which was longer. I moved to regular lane and told the manager if there were rules for self check out you should state them to the costumers. As a Costco member we should not have to struggle to do a self checkout purchase with employees that are ignorant. They should be helping us not making it more difficult.

TL:DR: The workers were rude when we were doing self checkout and complained to other customers. My girlfriend and I were bringing her mom and they’re were telling us we can’t do separate transactions unless you have different memberships, but we did. So they just decided to be rude to they assumed we were on the same one, but we each have our own. I also overheard one employee managing the line telling the person at the front of the line “that’s not how self checkout works.” But we just chose to take up one self checkout spot instead of 2 because our stuff fit in one cart. I’ve done this before at other Costcos with my roommates and we’ve never had an issue. It’s fine to assume, even if it’s wrong, but then talking about it with other customers is very unprofessional.

Spent the most time got new tires and new cell phone. Great prices and warranty beats others in the market. Got my eye glasses adjusted great team they worked on it till it was right. Purchased items for.my businesses found items that were hard to get.

Friendly service ! This location is always well stocked and they do a very good job at keeping a lot of check out lanes open ! They recently added a self check out option which seems like a brilliant idea for when I have very few items. Their food court is also fully kiosk ordering now which speeds the process tremendously.
