Wells Fargo has more than once failed to help me out when I had money taken out of my account from an unknown party multiple times. On the last time it happened before I closed my account the amount I lost was $330. They basically told me there wasn't anything they can do unless I wanted to file legal action against them. Yeah once a bank tells you the only way you can get your OWN money back is through legal actions. I said goodbye. The rep who closed my account asked for a reason. I told him my story and even he said I can't believe you have told that. I waste of 5+ years of banking with Wells Fargo... Terrible customer service and terrible banking. Chase is better

I’ve been a client of Wells Fargo Bank since 1989. I always recommend Wells Fargo to friends & Family, but my last visit was not pleasant, I was very frustrated with the attitude of the Manager name Alejandro with a mustache. His rude & should not be in a customer service. I heard him talking or arguing with the customer in front of me and makes the long line worst. If I can give 0 star I would. He’s ruining Wells Fargo reputations!!!!!!!

I come here daily and every single day it’s an hr long wait, there is more than 4 employees walking around looking pretty but do they work? The business line is never open on time and when it is they take whoever at the window when the people that come with business bags obviously are at work too but this specific bank does not care.. Honestly think this the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with I mean it you need more people hire them

I am appalled about my experience with Wells Fargo. To start, each time I would call here, they would hang up on me or someone would answer the phone but put me on hold without any greet. There's no customer service. To add on, my reason for calling was to inquire if Wells Fargo would be able to provide a financial literacy seminar to our local low income senior residents. I was finally able to get through to someone and I spoke to a representative by the name Justin. I mentioned to Justin that our community seniors were only looking for an educational seminar and kindly requested that no products are to be sold (for privacy protection under our non profit organization). Justin mentions that he will run it through with his manager however disapproved the fact that I requested NO SELLING. He then tells me that they are trying to run a business here and that they will NOT go out of their way for no reason without getting the seniors to create accounts with them. He only wanted to do this to benefit on the business' behalf. This comment put me in huge shock as I myself have been a Wells fargo customer for 8 years but now this experience leaves a strong bitter taste in my mouth to continue business here. Seriously Wells Fargo? What happened to giving back to our community? Education? When has this company turned to pure greed?
