I went in for a facial demo and Samantha helped me find a Tula routine that worked for my sensitive skin. She was super helpful and really listened to my needs. I didn't about this vitamin serum for sensitive skin and ended up buying it. I'll have to go and buy another one soon, it's improved my skin. Was pleasantly surprised. Thank you Samantha!

I don't usually shop here because I don't have a lot of extra money but I will say my grandma bought me a few bras online. They didn't fit right so my mom, grandma, myself and my 7 month old daughter stay out on this journey to find something that would fit me after having a baby and putting on more weight than I would like to admit. So when we got there we went to the counter in the bra section and that is where we met Audrey. She was so friendly so kind and was willing to go through every bra in the store until I found one that fit just right. She made the experience the most pleasant it could be for how uncomfortable I felt. The bras that I got I like very much and are very good quality but it was her great customer service that made me great this store five stars

Gwen in the Lingerie department is amazing! She was so sweet and patient and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I'm so happy with my purchases and will definitely be coming back. : )

Spokane's downtown mall is the best shopping you'll find anywhere east of the Seattle area and Nordstrom's is a big part of that. This is a great Nordstrom store. Staff are very helpful; they carry many of the high-end brands that some other Nordstrom stores do not. I had a great experience!
