It is a water supply Dam off of the hwy 39..it is quite memorizing to.watch from the side of the road.!!

No. The Dam is not accessible. Only driving by on hwy 39 you can stop at turn outs and see. But there are places along the 39 hwy to park and explore like the Westfork Cogswell Dam, or the Easr Fork, Camp Willuams or Crystal Lake and camp ground at the top
I don't believe so. There is no public access to this section of the dam.
