If I could give negative stars I would current manager was rude. She hung up on me as I called regarding my ordering my order and didn’t even let me speak she said let me check then hung up with an attitude. Pizza arrived here cold as hell. And looked like it had spit on it which was just a waste of money. CHRCK YOUR PIZZA BEFORE RECEIVING IT!!! LOST A CUSTOMER!

Really bad service this is the second time in one month they don’t deliver on time. They gate was closed and we offered to open it but the delivery driver left instead. We were not informed. The store manager was really rude after we had to wait for almost two hours that they wasted. Now we have to order from a Differnt pizza company.

Worst service. They told me my order for small 1 topping pizza was ready 30 mins ago. when I reached, they stared at me for 5 mins, arms crossed. Then told me my order isn't ready. And went in the back. Very sketchy. Quit your job already.

Service has been kinda hit or miss when it comes to customer care. The pizza has consistently been good. The biggest issue was where twice i was told they had no change to give and kept almost 3 dollars on one occasion and almost 2 the next. Where it's not that big of a deal but the entitlement to not say anything until it comes time to get change and that everyone will have to be ok with it. I guess u can always refuse but like i said at one point it was 3 and the other 2 i didn't expect it to happen the 2nd time and i wasn't going back there again but when i did i asked first if they had change and they said yes. So good pizza and customer service is hit and miss.
