Nice, medium sized gym. They have almost all the facilities though. All the weightlifting instruments including the dumbbells are on the ground floor. On the top floor, you will find the organ specific machines such as bicep and tricep trainers, abdominal workout machines, stairs, runners, hip twister etc. Machines are well maintained. They also provide human trainers if needed. They have this nice pool which is closed for maintenance right now. They also have 4 indoor tennis courts and 2 outdoor tennis courts, 3 racketball rooms, lots of basketball rings, climbing wall etc. Everything is free to use for ISU students and faculties. If you are an alumni, you will get discount.

I was pleasantly surprised how nice this fitness center. It's very large and spread out and is on two levels. Everything is clean and well maintain the staff is really nice and also very helpful. Those are the reasons I have decided to become a member. The other reason there isn't blaring music and only two tv screens which is also nice.

Love it! It's just one wall, but they have a good variety of routes and gear for rent. They are extremely safe... They have all be layers anchor in to the floor, which can be a little frustrating, but it's a good thing. I had no idea this was here, but I absolutely want to go back and climb more it's a super convenient part of Pocatello if you're a student.

How much is a pass to shoot hoops with my daughter? It would only be 2-3 times a week?

Be aware that ISU's COVID-19 restrictions include the suspension of drop in gym use through the end of Spring semester 2021. Typically, drop in costs for kids under 16 is $6. Check isu.edu/camprec for drop in use updates. In addition, the Main Reed Gym is off limits for public use. The Student Rec Center has 6 hoops available.
