Love the clothes here!! Have come several times shopping ALONE. Never had a problem! Until today... I stopped by with my little family. (Toddler 2year old) We all know how toddlers can be! They are no joke!! I wasn't looking as good as I normally look lol.. (but keep that in mind) Lets start off by saying.. EMPLOYEES SHOULD NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. To that employee who was around me when I commented to my sister "Oh, Gabby look this pant is cute!" She sarcastically said "YEAH, IT'S $100.00 DOLLARS" First, no one asked for a price. Second, no one asked for your opinion. Third, you should have helped asking for a size. UGH. I looked at her and smiled off. I have no intention in creating a scene at a store. For me this was an unnecessary comment. I know I don't look like I have a lot of money. But guess what? I'm wealthier than what you think. Glad to say I'm a business owner and trust me if I knew my employees were treating my customers like this, I would fire you! Came to find out her name is Rebecca. Now, for the other employee Lorina who was more concerned about my little toddler running around. He's fine he didn't fall!!! Because your comment was also unnecessary. 5 STARS!!! To the employee who helped me get a Frontier Trapper Hat that was out of my reach. I appreciate you and the information you gave me about these hats! I can say there are good employees here. Excuse my long review but I hope management can look into this. Photo attached has date and time of this unfortunate situation. Update: Later that day I stopped by with my husband to get him some boots. Yep the two employees treated us differently when they realized we looked fancy with money….

I met the most knowledgeable woman in gardening. This could be the year i dont have goat heads! Everyone is Kind and undsterstanding. The girls at the counter were so sweet. The store is always bright and clean.

My mother was asked by an employee if she was eligible for the senior discount, she’s 55, I guess the senior discount is 60. That kind of ruined her mood, she does look a lot more youthful than her age, but she proudly rocks her silver hair so I can see why she got asked. It’s honestly not that big of a deal, but I guess I’m writing this just to say that sometimes the things we say to people have a lot more impact then we may think.

The prices skew higher than the same brands from other retailers but consistent sales keep this place a worthy stop for clothing and footwear. They have much more than just attire of course but I have not browsed those areas of the store with much frequency. One major 'issue' I do have with this particular store is their very heavy handed approach to loss prevention. I am by no means a young man these days but I do have visible tattoos and I often carry a day pack since I tend to use services like Uber to get around and as such I will often find myself the target of a very heavy handed approach by employees. From constant and intentionally obvious following of my person, to nearly incessant inquiries as to whether I need help 'finding anything'. It is not subtle, though I frankly find it amusing but I would wager someone looking to simply spend a couple hundred dollars on work boots and safety glasses might not view it so charitably and as such I have decided it was worth putting in my review. YMMV of course.
