A great place to work. Helped me get my life back together. I've lost about 40 pounds since I started Lots of optional overtime. Great supervisors I feel like I can talk to them if I need to.

I run a residential concrete company in the treasure valley. I purchased a Big Tex 14x7 dump trailer from Walla Walla Washington from a dealership got it home and started working with it. I then realized that the passenger side signal wasn't working which is a huge liability for me as a company so I called the manufacturer because they were much closer to me than the dealership who I purchased it from. The staff at Big Tex literally got me in same day on a Friday and stayed after hours to solve the issue to get me back on the road so it wouldn't hold my business up. Come to find out it had nothing to do with the trailer but was a fuse on my truck which they chased down for me. A big thanks over there to Nate the plant manager and all the staff that stayed late to solve my issue for me. I can't thank them enough for there professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction and there willingness to go above and beyond to take care of me as a purchaser of there amazing product. They have earned my brand loyalty and business for life and I'll say it again I can't thank the staff enough. P.S. thanks for the trailer jacks and advise on what tarp kit to buy for my trailer to install myself and avoid being taxed by the dealership and gouged on the labor. Still would love a hat from you guys to represent your brand and my satisfaction with the great investment I made by purchasing your brand and product. Thanks Big Tex!!!

They don't care about people's. Injuries they just want you to work. They dont care about their employees at all they would rather have someone working with a broken body part then give them the attention they need. They should take better care of their employees.

Though not in business it use to be a very good place. My ex worked there for many years. It is sad that his employment ended, as things got rough and our marriage had a tough go until it was tore apart. It did provide for our family and my ex worked hard for this company and was not appreciated the way he should have been.

The prepper goes through and cleans the trailers after the welders are finished building it. They scrape welding slag, use grinders and sanders to clean rust and any welds that may need touched up.
Could you ask her if she would call me please I would very much wish her to thank you 2086020938
