I had a U-Box shipped to this location, I just had no way to get a hold of the store and ask them how and when to pick up my items. I had to drive there to get a hold of somebody who told me I had to call them and give them 24 hours notice. The staff were all really friendly and that my items arrived on time, but there was no way to get a hold of anybody at this store. I could not call this store and get a hold of an anybody directly! The staff even kinda chuckled and said sorry when they knew there's no way to get a hold of the store. It's not the employees fault, it's Uhaul's fault.
