Update, my neighbor and I both got a call from a person from the management team. They apologized for not letting me know they would not make it to our property to install the power. I greatly appreciate the response to us. Looking forward to getting power next Thursday. Very bad service. Was told that the power company was going to install our new power line on 11/10. We had passed all inspections. Even was told that they blocked out the entire day for the install. Only reason they wouldn’t do the install on 11/10 was if the area had a catastrophe. I don’t recall a major earth shaking catastrophe in my area. The only thing they did was tell my neighbor their power would have outages over 6 hours on next Tuesday. My neighbor has a home business and cannot be disconnected for 6 hours. Why was I not notified by Pacific Power that the install would not happen today? My wife and I are the paying customers. Why tell us your going to do something, like block out the entire day on 11/10 to do the install? We now have to reschedule with other contractors. We are very hopeful for a quick resolution.

No in person visits with Pac Power. I miss the human factor. Ahhh, how I long for the good ole days.

Good strong company, Love there outage updates , could use a system wide update, but funds don't grow on trees,
