I was not satisfied with this company given my minimal dealings but I have to say I didn’t use them so can’t speak to the quality of their work only the issue that came up with being billed for a canceled appointment despite it being canceled weeks before the schedule date. I wrote a review they didn’t like but only spoke the truth. They have since reached out to rectify the situation and I appreciate that but it shouldn’t have taken a review to get their attention when I had been emailing and calling and only getting more bogus bills without another response. I understand they are a small business and perhaps I could give them the benefit of the doubt although This was extremely aggravating. I have since replaced my review with this one. I am happy they fixed the issue.

Would not recommend. Hired them to clean my dryer vent, they took apart the entire system only to reattach it with a rubber backed tape (fire hazard, HVAC aluminum tape should have been used) The owner then called me and accused me of lying saying his team didn’t do that, despite me having proof of before and after pictures. The the owner had the audacity to tell me that his team didn’t charge me enough for the job they did - total joke! Even if his team did not use the wrong tape (which they did) you would think THEY would be the ones to see the wrong tape was used and recommend or replace with the correct supplies? nope. The owner was so arrogant, I ended up checking my original listing on Zillow for photo evidence that there was no black tape on my dryer vent before his team came out, and can confirm that tape was placed on there by his team.. terrible experience with even worse customer service… would not recommend.

Edited to add: By ourselves we entirely eliminated the odor, so their response is completely inaccurate. All it took was going over the carpet with a wet/dry vacuum, some vinegar, water, and baking soda. That they said they would get rid of the odor is also completely true. I had asked, "Which package do I need to get rid of the musty smell," two employees told me which to purchase, and that is what I got. They said it might not be permanent, which I accepted, but there should have been /some/ difference. Since we eliminated the smell ourselves, it clearly was not coming from the carpet pads, etc. My original review: They may as well have not touched the carpet, and they were extremely rude and unprofessional. I explicitly asked which package I needed to remove a musty smell from my basement carpet. I explained that was all I cared about because the carpet was otherwise clean. Two employees assured me they could remove it with the recommended package. One did say the smell might return in a few months if there is a water source, but they would probe the carpet to test for moisture. I thanked them, verified that they would remove the smell at least temporarily, and scheduled the service. The carpet stank when I got home after the cleaning. If they tested for moisture, they did not share the results. I left polite messages for a week before getting a call back. The owner (I think) cut me off repeatedly and called me a liar for saying that I was told they would address the smell. He said for any musty smell, they would need to rip up the carpet and replace the pads. He was extremely rude and dismissive and refused to do anything to compensate for the complete lack of results. It is hard for him to credibly state that I wasn’t told they could address the smell when my primary question before they came was which package did I need to get rid of it. If they had said it might not work, I would have accepted that. To lie about what I was told, and worse, to not let me finish a sentence without cutting in with, “I won’t get into he said/she said. No one told you that,” was inexcusable. The location I used was the one servicing Wayne, PA.

We had our home ductwork cleaned for the first time in 32 years. The two young gentlemen that arrived were polite and efficient. They brought all their equipment quietly into our house and did a walk through to orient their work. It took about 4.5 hours to complete the work on our house. They also cleaned two carpet stair cases and they came out looking like new. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family!

I used A1 for 3 area rugs. They did a great job. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Possibly. We do have a minimum per visit. Please feel free to call us and discuss.
Hi Christina. Thanks for contacting us. Your question is an excellent one. In most cases yes, however, we must be able to get to the subflooring. If the carpet is glued down, it can be done using sub-surface cleaning methods, but this will not completely extract bacteria from underneath the rug. The carpet must be in good enough condition to handle heavy duty cleaning, scrubbing, drying, and re-stretching. The padding (in any) must be replaced. It's not a complicated process but does take time and some large drying equipment. If you have any questions or would like to discuss the process in more detail, please feel free to give us a call. Ask for me Dennis, and I'll walk you through it. Thank you.
