My husband & I contacted Sussman because we were looking for a car for our 16 year old. We immediately received a message from Derrick Farrell and set up a time to meet with him. When we arrived he had the Honda HR-V ready for us to take a look at and drive. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicle and really focused in on the safety features that would be beneficial to our teenage driver. He was so easy to talk to and he was able to get the deal done for us in record time. Of course, we were so excited to get a new car for our daughter and Derrick was genuinely excited for us! I joked that it would be nice to have a big bow to surprise her, and sure enough, he found a big red bow and put it inside the car for us. From start to finish, we had an amazing experience at Sussman with Derrick and of course, our daughter was thrilled to get her surprise. Thank you, Derrick!
