At 6:44pm I ordered a blendini. It was NOT blended and didn’t taste right. I kindly told the employee and she stared blankly at me when I asked if I could get a refund or get it re-made and actually blended. She said she’d make it over. She then tried to CHARGE ME AGAIN! Absolutely unacceptable—- so at 7:00 (yes, 7:00–because she also moved very slow) I left WITHOUT a dessert and without my money. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Why would a Chocolate Misto have vanilla liquid in it? ITS A CHOCOLATE Misto. I've ordered this item many times before. This was not good. Should have gone to DQ!
