This review is not intended for my local branch, it's regarding the WHOLE postal system. First the 9-4:30hrs are very inconvenient for us who work before 9am and leave after 4:30pm. Second, is that you cannot contact your local branch even though they have their own number! I am having an issue with a package, wanted just to ask if it was sitting at my local branch, NO had to go through hoops because got redirected to 800# and my issue still isn't resolved. I don't understand why you can't talk to someone at the local branches.
