Brought my dog in because he had a tick too deep in his skin to get out. They charged me a deposit and told me to wait. 4 hours later, they come out and tell me that they could not see my dog because they had too many dogs coming in that were more important. I got my deposit back, but won't get the 4 hours I wasted waiting when I could of took him somewhere else if they had just been honest from the beginning.

I had to put my Border Collie down, Jake. This was very hard for me. When I called and told them Jake could not stand or walk, they gave me an appt. right away. They were so kind and compassionate. When I got there they went out to my car to carry Jake inside. They were so caring. I got to be there and hold his paw. I have never seen so much caring. I will never be able to express my appreciation to everyone there.

I have had to take my dog here for urgent care and they were exceptional both times. They are good about communicating long wait times etc. On both occasions my regular vets office was unable take my dog and VCA was there for me when I needed them. This last time was very stressful due to the information I was given and I felt they had compassion and facilitated getting further care for my pet that was needed. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much to the doctor and staff!

Thank you to Dr. Angus and the whole team of techs and helpers. They were triage angels when my dog got her paws crunched by some FedEx tires and stitched her up when multiple other vet locations refused. Words do no justice for how thankful we are for helping my soul mate dog Bright. Thank you for calling and checking in and all your hard work in a stressful time! Forever grateful

Id call them, it certainly cant hurt. He could just be out of sorts from the drama, but its unusual.
This place is all about their money, dont expect compassionate doctors. Just expect a high priced bill for anything and everything. Also they don't offer any alternative medicine to western
With almost all pet insurances the hospital has nothing to do with insurance. You pay your bill at the hospital, then you submit your paid invoice along with a claim form and wait for your insurance company to send you a check for reimbursement.
No, we do not.
Call the office they are really nice and understanding.
Google gives pretty good answers including an evacuation map
