I worked for YPSS at Fishing Bridge during the summers of 1981 and 82'. I was an unforgettable experience for a poor but ambitious college student. We worked hard during the week to spend weekends exploring the park. My brother, John repaired RVs at the YPSS garage located next door. It was managed by Dorie Woolsey.

Gas price is competitive, a bit higher than outside the park so worth the few cents you gas up here, but not too much. Very convenient since it is located inside the park. There is a convenience store in this station and there is also a general store next building. There is parking by the side. If u need gas while inside the park, do it here!

The whole of Yellowstone has some breathtaking sites, quite a few of which you can see from your car! I will state that if you are afraid of heights ( like myself) be prepared you are in the Mountains! Lol I however do not regret going! Was truly a beautiful place! Plan on going back again!
