This is more of a review of customer service. The very nice lady who took my order was awesome. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, and onions. I took a second to scan the menu one more time to see if I wanted anything else. I saw there was grilled mushrooms. I asked to add the mushrooms. This amazing lady. Kindly insisted to try the mushrooms first. Immediately I understand she knows something I don’t. Lol. Yes I would like to try them. The mushrooms were slimy and undercook if that. I thanked her with much enthusiasm for her very politely ensuring me that my delicious burger will be much better off with out the mushrooms. After everything the burger was delicious and soggy mushroom free. Thank you who ever you are nice teller lady.

My husband went in to get our food at the Hackensack NJ Store, apparently they are shorthanded. The girl handling the cashier was also handling the grill with the same gloves!!! Then she coughed into her gloves and continued cooking without changing them or washing her hands and my husband asked her if she can change her gloves to new gloves, she looked at him and continued cooking. Also, my order was wrong! I'll never go there again!

Awesome burger. Even the microwaved leftover was very good. Tried cheese dog for the first time. That was very good, too.
