The staff was friendly and personable, however if you have a foreign car, I would suggest taking it to the dealership that specializes in that particular car. The staff worked on my Lexas for hours regarding an overheating issue, but after paying them $ 460, they could not determine what was wrong with the car. I then had to get it towed back to Murrieta, and decided to take it to the Toyota dealership in Temecula. Within 3 hours, they did a complete diagnosis and realized it was the radiator and water pump, and they charted out from A to Z other things that I needed to pay attention down the road. Although the repair costs will be a few hundred dollars more at the dealership, I feel more secure that the mechanics at the dealership know how to service the car appropriately. Besides that, I feel the owner of Pulido Auto is honest and tries to meet the needs of his customers.

So happy I came here! Jorge was so helpful! I was really worried about how bad my damage was and that it would be expensive, but he reassured me by allowing me to see the actual damage and what was getting fixed.
