The phone number doesn't connect to the greyhound station for one thing. And the website was really glitchy. But I did finally get it to work. I had to book my trip a week away, as it wouldn't do anything sooner.

I called to check if my bus train was still going to be delayed and the lady that’ answered was extremely unprofessional from the moment she picked up and I was disrespected and cussed out I loved useing grayhound until this point for me and my team. I wish I would be able to rate them with no starts at all

@JasonBarnes, You have to tell them the exact date you want to leave. Just because you but it today does not mean you have to leave today. So it is very important to be certain of the date you'd like to leave. They will not do a refund unless it was a mistake or something happened to which they were responsible. For instance, I had bought a ticket and one I was at my switch over in San Bernardino, I found out once arriving that my boss leaving for Las Vegas was being delayed due to a breakdown. The only thing they did for me was reissue me a later departure time for that evening. My boss was scheduled to leave around 12:50pm and I had to wait around for almost 5½ hours for the new bids to arrive. So you take a risk with any departure, but you still paid for your ticket.
You buy your ticket in am pm and wait for the bus there outside the bus comes at 11:10 am

Hi @Irma, you can either go online to greyhound. com or contact their 1 800 telephone number. You also can walk into the Arco Am/Pm convenient gas station and purchase a ticket at the cashier. If you walk inside, you will be too go during regular business hours, not after hours. Good luck!

Hi @PaigeBurgess I am not certain because their hours do change. But you can check online or call their toll free number to check. I am pretty sure though that Monday-Friday they open at 10am until around 2-4pm and weekends are even less hours. So it's better to call or check on their website. Hope this helps you!
@JasonBarnes You can definitely purchase tickets inside the Arco Gas Station. You go to the counter & tell them that you are there to purchase a Greyhound ticket and they have a separate booth that will help you. So it is for certain a legit location but their hour's are not 24hrs/7-days a wk. You can Google their hours, especially weekends & holidays. And the bus also picks you up from this location. Which is actually not a bad thing, so if you need to buy any beverages, snacks, cigarettes, our use the restroom, prior to your trip, you can.
