The Food is good that’s as far as I can say about this place. You order on a Friday night they give you a 20 to 30 minute wait time double that. There rude and customer service skills suck. In stead of catching up on the orders they have they keep taking more orders over the phone and online. They give the people over the phone a 20 minute wait time as I am there 30 mins past my time of food should of been done. This is my last and final time purchasing anything from these people. Good luck to those who keep proceeding to do so.

Really good. Date of visit: September 18 2021. I was shopping at Home Depot and it was past lunchtime and I was starving. One can work up quite an appetite shopping so I gave the Chef a try because I love Chinese food. I was not disappointed at all. My take-out was fast and fresh. My Discover Card was welcomed here so all is good. Plenty of parking and the restaurant delivers.

Honestly I really like their food, but totally POOR customer service. Do not tell someone their food will be ready in 45 minutes to have them wait an extra hour and think that is OK. This is now the second time I have had excessive wait times. Now I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since it was Christmas Eve, but they took on way more then they could handle. Told us 45 minutes. Got there at 40 minute mark. Waited an ADDITIONAL 55 MINUTES! I had to go up and ask 3x an update and lady in back yells, "FEW MINUTE FEW MINUTE!". Then a few minutes go by and numbers way beyond mine were being called (I was 107 and they were calling 132, 128 etc etc). The food needs to be prioritized in which the order was placed... people. Cmon. I did not order 500$ worth of food, it was 40$. Totally uncalled for. Come up with a new system instead of pissing off every single customer in that place on Xmas eve and wasting everyones time.

My husband and I ordered sweet and sour chicken and chicken chow mein tonight.It was hard to get through but once I got there our order was taken very well. It was the best sweet and sour chicken we had. Not greasy and light puffy around the chicken. I ordered one spring roll and it must have been baked or air fried-no grease at all. Even the fried noodles and fortune cookies were nice and crunchy fresh.
