Their food is fresh and tastes great. Usually have a special. Nice place for lunch. Sometimes they are busy and you may wait for a while. Waitress staff is very friendly. I got a French Onion soup and a side salad. Very good for a decent price..

Would not go to this restaurant if it was the last place to eat in Pittsburgh, and if I could rate it 0 I would. Not that I am complaining about the food. I called to see if I could make a reservation and was quite rudely told No, by a lady who answered, and this was after calling 5 times, and no one picking up. I then asked how busy they normally were on a Sat night, and was told even more rudely, how was she surposed to know, she's not a clairvoyant. Then hung up on me. Now I understand theese are not normal times, restaurants are short on staff,and most trying their best, but to be so rude to a customer, is beyond me. I will not recommend to any of my friends to go to this restaurant.

Delicious food, was expecting pub fare and it’s definitely a step up. Crab cakes, cordon blue, Devonshire all top notch. Tavern burger is excellent!! Update: Holy cow this place is really good food period! Every item seems handmade and chef chef crafted. Took my dad for lunch, fried apple Brie grilled cheese!! Molten topped French onion soup. This dude brings it. 🙌🏻
