Ordered no pink as medically necessary, potatoes cold Long Waite for food. Was really looking forward to a good dinner I didn’t have to cook. Very disappointed. My husband fish wasn’t hot and potato fries and mash potatoes cold. Now we have to pay for this. Wow!

I should have walked away when the waitress asked how I wanted my grilled chicken cooked. I had 3 waitresses, 2 in training so I thought this was going to be an amazing experience with more attention on us. We never got refills. We werent checked on until after my family already ate. My chicken sandwich was so soggy I couldn't lift it off of the plate. The chicken fat was left on, the meat wasn't tenderized or fileted. The fries were 3 different types so it looked like they gave us left overs from their kids lunches, not what I expect for the price. My husbands burger was missing all of the toppings. Both burger entries were over cooked. The draft beer was flat and tasted like the lines need cleaned. They awkwardly sent the chef out to talk to us instead of the manager and he was like a deer in head lights, didn't know what to say and they should have never put him in that position. It's not entirely the chefs fault, it's management, etc. Regardless, I politely explained to the chef why I do not send food back and only give one chance. Take the time and care to make your customers happy on their first visit, coupons for a second visit won't work for us as we will never return.

Ordered a Power bowl- was not listed in the salad section, didn’t mention lettuce at all- but comes as a salad, was good just wish I would’ve known I was ordering a salad…. I was torn between the chicken and shrimp- glad I didn’t get the shrimp so not think the mango salsa would’ve been a good salad dressing? Hubs ordered 1/2# Jumbo wings, apparently that’s 4 regular looking wings= $2.50/wing? Complete with feathers and smelled of old grease- didn’t even try them.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my review! Today my husband took me out on a lunch date! We had the Loaded Fries, Chicken Diablo Pasta, BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich, Cheesecake and Churro Donuts. The Loaded Fries were good. I asked for a side of chili (delish) and some jalapeños. The fries are a mix of twist cut, waffle cut and regular fries. I thought that was a lot of fun! The chicken Diablo Pasta was good but not spicy (to me) at all. It's a vodka sauce with a small spice hint. The toated bread they serve with it was banging! My bbq pulled pork sandwich was really good. It wasn't dry and had a great flavor. Only issue was I wasn't able to pick it up hahaha the nacho cheese that comes on it basically glued my bun to the plate haha I'm a HUGE cheesecake fan and this one was eh. It's a no bake (which I don't mind) but it has a solid pudding/jello texture to it. It's not bad but if you are a big cheesecake fan, you may be left slightly wanting. Now, those churro donuts... OMGG... they were so good!! The bourbon caramel was okay on its own but i liked it better on the churro. The chocolate I was not a fan of and I suggest they change it to a hazelnut spread 😉 Overall, I was extremely satisfied with our lunch date. Service was a bit slow and it took about 15 min from ordering our desserts for them to come out but we just chatted.
