A little bit of a wait to be seated. But great service and our meals came out pretty fast. The restrooms there were definitely not anything I'd want to use again. Next time I'll hold my pee. ..

As the years go by, service gere is TERRIBLE! Just walked out after waiting 20minutes to be seated. (Only 5 tables occupied). Now sitting next door waiting for Burger King food because we don't have that kind of time . There was literally 2 employees standing around the ENTIRE 20 minutes. I absolutely love this place. We've been to three different locations so far. This one we come to the most. We used to live in Santa Rosa and come here at at least once or twice a month. Now we live pretty far, so this is a treat when we come down this way. Always awesome food, and portions to feed an army. My husband and I finally smartened up and order one meal to split. This visit we ordered the two stack pancakes, and the chicken fried steak, which is one of our favorites from here. We had told our server we were just getting the one meal and splitting it. She was such a darling and brought it out split already for us on two different plates. That was extremely awesome of her. As always, the food was delicious. Something about their gravy, it's just amazing. I'm super picky when it comes to gravy in restaurants. Most of the time it is very Bland. But black bear does it right. The biscuits are amazing as well. The case with all the goodies will have you wanting some dessert for sure. This is the first time we've gotten a bear claw. My husband can't eat nuts and we saw one without. It was delicious. It had blackberries inside. Yummy. As always great service and great food. That's what keeps us coming back.
