I was in need of a computer upgrade and Sutinen was quick and professional. Ethan was the person to help me and did a home service upgrade. Ethan was also upfront about where to get additional upgrades that they did not really specialize in. I will be giving them my business A+++

I haven't stepped foot in here to know this place was helpful. I called because my Hp home computer crashed and was stuck in automatic repair loop. The guy over the phone was honest and helpful. That is getting harder and harder to find. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and simply stated his pricing. He was very polite answered my questions as best he could. He suggested I try putting operating system on with my cd and then if that failed bring it in. Now that's honest and gets 5 stars from me without even anything but a simple quick phone call. I had spent hours days on this so thanks. Also putting new Windows pro operating system from a cd did the job! Kudos

I was not impressed. The receiptionist was impatient and unfriendly. I was.told.there would be a large, NONREFUNDABLE, flat fee regardless of if they could fix my laptop or not. I asked if there was a technician I could briefly speak with for some level of assurance I was.brusquely told "we don't do that. Would you like to make an appointment?". The receptionist was neither friendly nor.helpful. I would definitely NOT recommend this business to either my friends or my coworkers..
