Not only do I think US Bank is a great bank overall but this is THE BEST BRANCH In the whole company!! They have the nicest employees who know how to give OUTSTANDING customer service and make you feel like you matter as a customer ESPECIALLY Kayla!! She is AMAZING and an absolute joy to deal with!! Prineville U.S. Bank is hands down the best bank in Central Oregon. Customer service begins the moment you walk in the door. I believe it is the teamwork amongst the staff that makes them the gold standard. IMO I highly recommend this bank. Positive attitudes go along way.

They closed their drive-up window in 2019. That was bad enough but they have not reopened it during the COVID-19 pandemic! Reopening the drive-up during the pandemic would have made sense if they wanted to protect their customers and employees but apparently they do not care about either their employees or their customers! Might be time to go elsewhere. Their reply was typical corporate "your call is important to us which is why we are making you wait" type BS. I quote: "Thanks for sharing your feedback Bill. I assure you the safety of our customers and employees is our top priority."...... No specifics, just platitudes and no answer to whether they have reopened the drive-up or not or why, if not. Their answer does nothing more than prove my point...Thanks for sharing your feedback Bill. I assure you the safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. Incredibly rude, slow horrible customer service. Zero ambition to take care of And keep loyal customers. They no longer have a drive thru and close at 4 pm.
