This was the worst customer service verbal abuse I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. I’m just so appalled by this gentleman’s poor behavior. I’m sure you have lost lot’s of customers including myself. I will be going to human resource with this matter. This is not acceptable.

Disgusting and managers are despicable. Never interested in customer satisfaction. And intentionally closed both bathrooms not to accommodate customers. This is not a third world country - open the bathrooms!!

You have to be very careful of the fresh food here. Many times the food is going to expire on the day you purchase it or already has expired. The soda machines are normally missing some flavors and when you ask them to update the machine they say they're out of stock. Cashiers are also pretty rude and abrupt. I know it's a 7-Eleven but at least the food should be fresh and the drinks should be plentiful
