I went today and I ordered black milk bubble tea. Girl charged me $4.95 and additional .50 cents cause I asked for a slushier consistency. She barely put any ice in there and told me that’s how they make it. Meanwhile, when my friend bought me one the other day it was way better. More icier and slushier. The one I got today the ice melted in less than 5mins. I wanted a real bubble tea slush not just ice on top. Then what was I charged extra fifty cents for. Doesn’t make sense. I wasn’t asking for more bubbles I don’t care for bubbles. I wanted more ice since it’s sweetened. It’s annoying when she said that’s “how they make it”. Maybe it’s how she makes it. I even told her that wasn’t a slushee but I’m not going to argue with her over ice. She literally just put ice on top of milk tea. The one I got before has more thicker amount of ice than the ones she made it’s like putting crushed ice on top of water then melted. It’s unsatisfying to drink it since its too sweet.

horrible services. i asked for a jumbo coconut milk tea with mixed poppers and a jumbo brown sugar milk tea. the coconut milk tea came with little to no actual milk and the cup was full with poppers. the brown sugar milk tea came with absolutely NO tapioca. do not buy from here!!
