I've been trying to get my phone number changed for almost a year now and I can't log into my app and they close card I have bills to pay. I've been trying to ask them for about a year now to change it and every time they say they changed it they're like it's about 2 hours and it'll be changed and they still haven't changed my number to my new number. I don't get it how hard is it to change phone number to a new number? I feel like I need to close my account because if they can't change a phone number that should be simple to do. Maybe I shouldn't trust them with my money.

Been here 3 times. The first time somebody else was driving. The second and third time I went through the drive-thru. The second time I went through I ended up waiting 45 minutes and I was third in line. The third time I went through there was nobody in front of me, Somebody went to the open drive-thru teller next to me and they were helped before me. I wasn't told hey it's going to be a long wait or they were having trouble with my transaction or anything I just waited and waited and waited and turned my car off so I wouldn't waste fuel. Giving them two stars instead of one because they are friendly but have poor communication skills which is essential in customer service.
