Horrible flooring. I purchased vinyl flooring. This flooring looks absolutely beautiful but is the softest flooring I've ever encountered in my entire life. The slightest amount of debris will cause scratching all over the place. You can't have even the slightest amount sliding across the floor or you'll get gouges in the flooring. When the install company came to inspect before submitting a warranty claim for me, the inspector grabbed my dining chair (very lightweight wood) and slid it back and fourth around the floor and said "this shouldn't cause scratches". Well sure enough it did. While LARGE debris is bound to scratch any floor, no floor should scratch with the little amount of debris and pressure I've witness with these. I can't stress enough and I know these words don't describe just how delicate these floors are. My brother bought vinyl cheaper floors from Home Depot that have not incurred a single scratch with a giant dog and two babies running around. Eternity Flooring is just horrible quality floors. Purchased May 2019 - Issued Warranty Claim July 2020

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT buy vinyl plank flooring from Eternity. We bought flooring from this company and they are defective. Corners are peeling and dull spots everywhere after 6 months. They do not stand behind their warranty nor their product. They offered us one new box of flooring when 1,000 square ft is damaged and told me to pay $300 to hire a NALFA inspector. When the only inspectors in my area work for Eternity because they know they sell bad product. Will never buy from this company again. Nightmare!

Eternity floor covering as always and continues to have a reputation as an extremely durable and good looking laminate with its pressed edges it collects no dirt in the grooves and their warranty that are just out of this world I would recommend eternity flooring to anybody who wants quality inside their home

Hello Michelle, Thank you very much for the great question. Depending on the amount of water damage, it is highly recommended that you reach out to your residential/commercial property insurance agent or a local residential/commercial restoration company whenever dealing with gray water floods. They will be able to answer any of your questions in regards to water damage repairs, mold remediation, odor removal, proper testing to determine if things are completely dry and/or needs replacement, etc. Hopefully this information was helpful.
