Epic Ink Tattoo and Piercing

Called ahead to see about getting a piercing, was told that it would be no problem and to come in. When we visited all of the staff looked surprised that we were even there and didn't acknowledge us at first. One staff member asked eventually if he could help us and I stated that we had called earlier to see see about the piercing. The guy told who I assume the piercer that I wanted a conch piercing, and the "piercer" flat out said, I don't know how to do that and the staff member repeated it was just like a cartalidge piercing, when in fact it's not. The "piercer" said okay and slammed a clip board down in front of my husband and I without a word and walked out the front door. I then ask the group of workers if he has any prior work with piercings of this type and I was ignored and not acknowledged. I walked right out the door with my husband without saying another word. I will not pay to be someone's practice pin cushion or tolerate that unprofessional behavior especially when I'm paying for a service.
