I am a new foster through the humane society of Greenwood and have had a great experience. The animals in their care are all well taken care of and well loved by all staff. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they put the animals first.

I've been trying for a month to adopt a new kitten for my growing family and I can't get anyone to get back with me. Every time I go over during hours advertising the hours they are closed. I'm trying to adopt locally because it's easier if I have people who can answer my questions as needed...wish u all would allow me to fill out paperwork and adopt...😿

I came in on the 5th to adopt a puppy that I saw on the website. The process was very easy and the staff members were extremely nice and friendly. It was evident that everyone cares for the animals and their well-being. I definitely recommend adopting your next furbaby from this shelter.

When my pet was attacked by a bigger animal and eventually perished. The staff especially Sammy was so helpful and caring. This was a devistating loss. She really helped me deal a lot better with his death and arrangements😢 Thank you all so much.

They have paid jobs and unpaid volunteer programs. You can check their website for jobs I believe.
