Newly Renovated! Studio Lofts. They now rent rooms by the month or yearly. Yes you can actually live there now. I really liked it and plan on staying again. The management is also really nice and helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised with the room. It was exceptionally clean, up to date, and roomy. The staff member that checked me in was friendly and professional. If I need to stay in Rome again, I will definitely consider this location again when traveling with my dogs. I just wish the neighboring rooms hadn't been so loud so late.

Although it has been some time since I stayed at the Studio, my stay there was nice. Frank, the manager of the Studio does a fantastic job! He's very nice, helpful, gets right on things if there's a problem. He's an overall great person. The room was clean, updated, comfortable bed. It was a nice stay.

Great customer service! The rooms are pretty much what you could expect from a hotel room that you get when you are on a budget. The bed was fine, the room was clean. The first room we were in, the heater was broken and the guy at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us with a different room and was very apologetic. Overall, it was definitely not bad for the price.
