We arrived at Longhorns at 4:45, it took way too long to get seated because the host was dealing with setting up tables for a large party. This left a gaggle to get checked in but he muddled his way thru it, finally a hostess (supervisor maybe) showed up to help him. When we were seated, we received excellent service from our waitress! She was efficient and friendly. The food was good but not as good as I remembered it (before the initial COVID-19 outbreak). The shrimp appetizer was served fresh and hot and tasted excellent. The 8 oz sirloin was just a tick over cooked and seemed to be a bit smaller portion but it was good also. The baked potato was not up to par, it had been hot at some point in it's lifespan but not around me, it couldn't even melt the extra butter I put on it. The real reason I rated this location a "2"? After we were seated I went to the bathroom to wash my hands as I usually do before I eat. I also had to make use of the facilities. The floor near the urinals was covered in urine. Remember we arrived at 4:45, having worked in the restaurant business from the ground up many years ago, I know that bathrooms should be cleaned before the evening rush, no one wants to walk in to a bathroom that is covered in piss, especially when you are wearing flip flops. Good food and great service over shadowed because a manager either doesn't understand the importance of cleanliness or failed to inspect the work they should be. If the bathroom that the customer can see is filthy just imagine what the kitchen area that you can't see is like.

Went to eat there on hubby's bday (our 1st time eating there) & it was great! It was mid afternoon so no waiting for a table & waitress was right there ready to serve, very friendly. Our order was ready in no time & it was or has been 1 of the best steaks I have ate in a while. I ordered the Riley & hubby ordered the New York strip & he said his was great as well. We have tried eating at Longhorns before but it's always a pretty long wait so I was glad we finally got to try them out & they didn't disappoint!!

Ordered online and picked up with curbside delivery. All food was temperature appropriate and packaged well. Nothing was missing! Yay! The steaks were done to perfection, tender, and juicy! The Crispy Brussels Sprouts were plentiful and the charred outside and honey butter seasoning paired for an amazing flavor! We'll definitely do this again!

We had the best time from walking into the door until leaving. We like our steak well, well done and it was that. No returns to the kitchen. Salad and soup was fixed like we like it. Everything was great. The server Kim was good. This is one our go to places that we enjoy 😊... It was totally busy that night, but it was GOOD. Thanks to the ones from the front door to the kitchen staff just wonderful ❤️❤️❤️
