Visited this place based on the reviews online for apple picking. The old lady at the store was uncourteous, when we inquired about apple picking. We were told that they pick their own and was blunt in telling us that we can only buy their apples. This is not a orchard for apple picking but only to shop what they have picked. I am glad we were not allowed for apple picking, because we drove towards Dunlap and found and amazing orchard run by a wonderful family. Skip this one if you have plans of apple picking..

Nothing can compare to the fresh crisp apple right off the tree, lady that sells the apples is very nice and knowledgeable, you can look at the very trees from which your apples was picked. Just down from the orchard is Caney Fork River and Edgar Evans State Park. Make a day of your trip to the orchard and enjoy this amazing picturesque part of Tennessee.

A tradition in my wife's family for four generations is end of the summer trips to this orchard. Great people and the only way to get fresher apples is to climb the tree yourself. Lots of varieties!
