Got the deluxe new Jr whopper meal with nuggets. I got one sweet and sour sauce is the best thing I can say about the visit. In dining room visit with cold nuggets, cold fries, and a not anywhere close too topped as advertised burger. Didn't really even bother eating it. And no ketchup available in the store for your cold rubber fries. Yeah, I didn't eat it. Enjoyed the cold beverage and a quiet dining room really. Empty. Go figure. Everybody else already knows too. Don't bother with BK right now. You're shoe tastes the same..... It's sad actually. I used to love the food there. Worked there during high school too.

Burger King is a large chain burger restaraunt as everyone knows. As everyone knows it is difficult for many companies to find and retain workers. I will take this into consideration. While waiting in line I watched as the the cashier gave cups to three gentlemen to find out they wanted a different size cup. One of the men was holding the cups with his fingers inside the incorrect size and those cups were returned to the stack to be given to someone else. The drink station and the seating area was not clean either. I ordered a fish sandwich and small fries. My husband ordered two double whoppers and fries. Our food was neither hot nor up to the BK standards that we remember. I did speak to the manager about the cups and untidy lobby. She offered no answer for the cups, but to her credit she sent someone out right away to clean the lobby. I admit that I'm a tough customer but you only get one chance to make a good impression. The ladies room was untidy as well and I did not speak to the manager about that.

They got me in my order wrong yesterday by giving me croissants instead of biscuit sandwiches I just happened to catch it before I left and they got the order right today I ordered sausage egg and cheese biscuit specifically and they got the order wrong again I didn't double check it because I had made it clear to the lady I wanted biscuits I got all the way home found croissants and had to go all the way back no one at this place is really polite none of them seem to really care that they actually have jobs terrible Burger King will never go there again next time I'll go to the Burger King 2 tenths of a mile further away which is fine
