Tommy was very easy to work with and very professional. He took time to ask questions about the remodel of our guest bathroom and followed up at the end of each day. Jesse did the demo and tile replacement and carpentry. He was here every day at 8:30 for 9 days and we are very happy with the end result. The electrician, plumber and drywall people were scheduled and arrived as scheduled. We had a deadline of 10 working days and they finished in 9. Very satisfied with the whole process.

Our experience with Old World Tile and Marble was wonderful. Tommy Hall was courteous and eager to make sure the outcome was what we wanted and satisfactory. Denise, the installer, was efficient and skillful in her craft. We replaced and retiled an upstairs walk in shower, which was not an easy task for Denise to navigate, having to run up and down those stairs all day. She did it all without complaint and with a smile on her face. She was careful to make sure that her work area and all the other collateral areas were kept neat and clean. We are extremely pleased with the outcome, and would highly recommend them.

We bought a roughly 4000' sq. ft. house where 90% of the flooring needed to be updated and 75% of that was tile. This was going to be a major investment and were going with travertine throughout the majority of the house. With that being said, it's an incredibly fragile and fickle material that not everyone can install well. We sourced the travertine through Pro Line Tile and they in turn gave us a list of installers they use, Tommy Hall of Old World Marble and Tile was one of the most highly recommended and after getting not just bids, but interviewing some tile installers on that list, we felt Tommy was the best choice. He and his men were highly skilled, professional, meticulous and respectful of our home (which I have found is hard to come by after a life time of homeownership and real estate investment ventures). We even sourced a mosaic for the entryway which was a one shot deal to install/zero room for error, not just with placement but exacting the height as it was much lower than the height of the travertine....his installer nailed it! The same installer also did the backsplash for our kitchen and bar area, flawlessly installing a custom mural tile we had purchased in Italy and the backsplash tile from Pro Line. No issues with sourcing the materials ourselves and having Old World install, which was surprising as we've found many contractors would baulk at not being able to add the mark up. Tommy was refreshingly easy to deal with. We also sourced engineered vinyl plank through Tommy for two additional rooms and couldn't be more thrilled with the results. Both quality and look of the product he provided far surpassed anything we found on the market. It truly looks like engineered hardwood but much easier to maintian. His installer for the EVP was tireless, coming in the evening after a long day doing other jobs just to get ours done so we could have our home back. We were blown away by the drive of this young man and his attention to detail. Not only is Tommy's knowledge for the trade incredible, his ability to retian top talent in a world where true craftsman are becoming exstinct is equally impressive. It is without reservation I would recommend Old World to everyone who values their home improvements and understands that comes at price.... which we found to be reasonable and highly competitve. You will not be disappointed!
