Woman working the drive-thru with missing teeth at 1:12pm on 07/08/2022 is extremely rude. After glaring at me the entire time, we asked for another straw since we had 3 drinks and only received two straws. She tried to tell me they were all in the bag, and I showed her that we only received two. Obviously irritated, she rudely snaps “so how many straws do you need?” Please put someone else in the drive-thru that has better customer service skills than this miserable woman.

I had one of the worst experiences at these Wendy's. I arrived there at 740pm after ordering my meal for pick up on the app. There were cars wrapped around the drive through to the front door. After a 17-minute wait, I finally got to the speaker order at 757pm. The drive employee promptly says to me, " I have taken my last order for the night." I responded by saying that it's only 757 pm, and you don't close until 8 pm. Furthermore, I have already placed an online order through the app. She instructed me to move forward and then repeated her line to the 3 cars behind me as I witnessed them angrily leave. I ordered a Dave double and a 6pc spicy nugget with a mago lemonade. What I received was for cold patties with unmelted cheese sloppy placed on a bun and cold nuggets and a strawberry lemonade. So, this location gets one star because I can't give negative stars.

Burger was good but I ordered it without the bun and it came with the bun. Beverage cup was filled to the brim with ice and very little beverage. I rated you 4 stars because I've eaten here many times and everything has always been perfect. This was an odd event.

Wendys of The Villages. Easily seen from the street, also has drive through. No hours posted that I could see. Typical Wendy's with their standard menu. This restaurant has handicap accessible entrance, parking and restrooms. We found it clean and well attended. As we ordered I noticed the kitchen staff checking all the food temperatures and equipment. So it is nice to see that a regular kitchen schedule was being done by their food service employees. The wait was not long for our order to be taken or our food to be given. Our food came out hot, both chili and chicken nuggets. The hamburger was correctly made to order. A pleasant fast food experience.
