I stayed at the Comfort Suites,The Villages,FL on Weds 4/20/2022 thru Friday 4/22/2022, my room was never serviced, the linens nor towels were not changed and I found a dirty sock from a previous guest in the bathroom behind the door. The couch was dirty, you could see old crusted dirt on the armrests and there were noticeable paint splatters on the wall. I also used the stairs closest to my room and for 2 days bags of garbage from the rooms sat on the landing right inside the stair entrance. All of this made the room feel old and unclean.

I had an excellent stay. That hotel was clean, modern, professional and the amenities were very good. I thoroughly enjoyed myself staying at this hotel although I only stayed here to sleep.

Nice room. Pretty clean. Great breakfast layout. Right next to the hospital which is where I was going. I travel every week for work. This is one of the nicer stays I have had. One good thing are the black out curtains they actually are black outs. The man who checked me in was kind. Lots of older folks hanging around reading newspapers very friendly environment. I will go back.

The location of this property is great for visiting in The Villages. The breakfast was good, but the scrambled eggs were the fake kind - yuck. My suite was large and well appointed and the bedding was comfortable. However the shower/tub had seriously moldy caulk and the ac/heater unit was gross. I had to remove the vent cover because it was rattling in the night. When I removed the cover there were moldy crackers in there. 🤢 in the morning I requested it to be cleaned. The crackers were removed but the unit was still grossly dirty. Not a good experience.
