went with a friend,i am a WIG STYLIST,,,,,,the woman that waited on us,snatched the wig out of my hand.,after my friend told her i was her stylist,i did not that know she did,,,,so i said that was rude,she said "if your a stylist the you should know how to handle a wig,,,,,,i said you should learn customer care and left///////

Worst experience! Sales person very rude! I stopped in and make the mistake telling her I had bought a wig from Amazon. She didn't give me a chance to tell her I was returning it and that was why I stopped in. I had it in the car and brought it in to show her. She literally grabbed it out of my hand before I could take the netting off. I was not allowed to even touch any of their wigs. I touched one at the base of the wig holder to turn it around to see the back and she immediately turned it back around. How can you buy something over $100 or $200 it you cant even touch it or look at the back. Very rude. I wanted to take a pic to show my husband but she accused me of taking pic to compare to Amazon. Not true. I just wanted to show my husband pic since I knew he would never go to store with me. When she discovered that I might buy one she got nicer but then I guess I took to long and she booted me out of the store at 3:15 when the sign says the close at 4pm. Good Luck to any of you that go in that store. The salesperson will run you off!. Ever seen that movie PRETTY WOMAN!!! The high class shop turned her away and was rude!!! Same example here!!! I probably would have bought one if she hadn't have been so rude! Get rid of her you will probably have more business! She should have been telling me how much better their wigs were than Amazon instead of getting mad and booting me out of the store!!!!! Extremely poor customer service!!!

Saleslady could not have been any nicer. She told me to look around and see if there was anything I would like to try on. I did and she assisted me with that. It was perfect and I purchased it. Great selection, I'll definitely be back.

The sales clerk is very pushy. I felt rushed. Other's I have talked to at the Cancer Center feel the same way. The owner reeks of cigarette smoke. Thank goodness my wig didn't. I think she is the only game in town. This place will be in trouble if some competition comes in. Supplies were VERY overpriced. Sally Beauty is a MUCH better deal..
