This is one big reason I don’t care for Lowes, and it’s not the first time I’ve complained. They let people block the loading zone when they aren’t loading. I’ve seen people pull behind those folks, load and then have to back out, some with trailers.

Bought a new refrigerator today and the lady in appliances was a doll. Super nice and very helpful but the reason I'm disappointed is I find out today that Lowe's no longer allows you to use your military discount on appliances or lumber. Which I believe is a disgrace on Lowe's corporate end. I buy tons at Lowe's especially in the lumber department for my farm. Its a shame that they did this and I personally want to tell corporate that you guys should really re evaluate that decision.

Art went above and beyond with his friendly customer service and attitude. He was very efficient, effective and detail oriented. He helped me with cutting the product in precise measurements as needed. I just wanted to praise how amazing Art’s customer service was and thank Lowes for having such a wonderful employee.
