Rude customer service. If you can get a trailer here you're incredible. We talked to an older lady that told us one price then when we went in to look at the trailer it was riddled with bugs and we were told it would be ready in two week by her nephew and given another price. When we called to see if we would still be able to move in a week we were informed they rented that trailer to someone else and the one she had avaible for 2200 we let her know we were 600 short because that's not the 1100 the other one was and all she said was forget it and hung up on us. We have resource avaible to get the money but she didn't even give us the chance to talk she immediately said forget it and hung up.

The owner was Very rude, Even went as far as calling multiple times and "Asking If we were gonna write her a damn check" then saying shes a millionaire she doesn't need our money. Will Definitely take my business elsewhere.

Called to get some information on putting a mobile home on an empty piece of property and the woman I spoke to was so incredibly rude. First of all she answered the phone “hello telemarketer” and then continued to berate me the entire conversation. All I was trying to do was gather information to see if it was smart a choice or it buying a traditional home elsewhere would be better, after this experience and her hanging up on me, I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt, even if I were to put something on that empty property it would not be from here.

Beware of this retailer. We were being scammed through the utilities, and were turned down for an approved loan when we chose to buy the home only. They'll ask you for money up front before even giving you an estimate or a proposal. They even revealed to me stored checks from other buyers of a home we were interested in, saying "they have all these buyers lined up" for an old model that's been sitting there for 3 years. I received a call from the owner, the old woman you meet when you get there, telling me my land is "worthless" and telling me off over the phone. She is the one running the place and will butt in on her salespeople. She kept increasing the amount on all parts of the loan during the negotiation. Very unprofessional, and shady. I would recomend Prestige Homes down the road or Jacobsen Homes over these people. There's a clear lack of ethics and business sense here.
