This is the second day in a row I went to Taco Bell for the Mexican Pizza. Yesterday I went through the drive through and it said sold out on the menu, therefore I went elsewhere for dinner. Today on the way home from work I stopped to grab a Mexican Pizza. The drive through was packed so I went inside. It said sold out on the menu inside. I said man this is the second day in a row you guys are sold out. I asked what time I would need to come in to order one and I was told they they are not selling the Mexican Pizza anymore. It won't be back until the fall. If that's the case then put that on the menu instead of sold out. Or take it off the menu completely until you get them back. It's not that hard. Quit making people waste time and gas when you don't have it.

Employees were polite but food was cold, the hard shells were soggy, squished flat. I do have to say the food was tasty. Employees need to take their time making the food and make sure they are sending hot food. I would have absolutely no complaints.

First time doing a mobile order for this location. Ordered 3 meals. What a massive disappointment. I should’ve read the other one star reviews. Got home and saw that items were missing and the items that were included had almost no meat. I definitely feel ripped off and I won’t be ordering from this location again. It is SHOCKING that the owner of this franchise hasn’t completely overhauled his management and staff.

So first of all. They open at 8 am. EVERY time I go and try to get breakfast They are not ready or ignore vehicles. The last time I did get breakfast it took them 15 min to make 1 burrito. Today I tried to go again even passed dunken donuts because I wanted this . And at 830 sat there still ignored and not taken care of. So thanks. I missed breakfast today because I was going to be late to work if I stopped anywhere else. You guys are never ready for your customers.

I only use the drive thru. They always wear gloves and a mask. They use a tray to hand you food inside of a sealed bag.
No but I have purchased sides and when I get home I notice its not there. Tried calling but no answer. Horrible customer service.
Sometime supply and demand don't equal out with new products.
