We visited this store tonight at 9:20pm and felt very unwelcome. The lights dimmed lower at 9:30pm and I asked the manager what time they closed at, I was afraid we were there after hours, he didn’t even turn to look at me and mumbled 10pm. As we were checking out he told another staff member behind the check out counter, right in front of us at 9:45pm, no one else is getting in here, I’m closing 5 mins early. We frequent this store regularly and will choose to spend our money elsewhere due to the rudeness of the manager on duty tonight, July 14th.

Love love love this location! They have an incredible selection of products. The staff really makes sure that they are on top of changing over seasons/holidays in the store ensuring a great customer experience . The staff is generally very nice and helpful

Great selections, awful management. I found a table I loved, and there was only one in stock. It had some small dents and scratches. I asked the manager Lisa if they discounted damaged items. She had an attitude, and told me "all their items come with imperfections". I told her there was a small dent in the table, she said there wasn't a dent, I pointed at the dent, and Lisa said, "Thats an imperfection". She angrily went behind the counter to take off, "a few dollars" as she put it, and I heard her say under her breath, "These people make me sick." What type of people was Lisa referring to? All customers? People like me? Not sure, but I'd advise shoppers to take their dollars elsewhere where the manager isn't angry and "sick of people".
