Parking is expensive $4 per hour on weekend and holidays, weekdays is $3 per hour. Beach is full of seagrass piles of it. These pics are area where we find the least of it. I would not recommend this beach.

One of my favorite inlet and Beach!!! A Short walk from parking to the beach through the maze of trees and boardwalks. Like most public beaches parking prices can be taxing. During the week it's $3.00 per hour while weekends are $4.00 per hour. Small Motorhomes that fit in parking spots are $7.00. They do offer a $20.00 parking fee for the entire day which can save some loot... The inlet is pretty cool where you can watch boats of all sizes navigate the sometimes treacherous inlet. There is about a 200 foot break Wall that you can walk out on if you are sure footed. The beach, depending on the tide and wind changes size daily. It's not huge or manicured but and always different and fun. There is also a manned watch tower for your safety! They do have plenty of BBQS set up behind the beach for a cookout and even some swings. There is one restroom facility for his & her and seems to be well maintained. Recommended

One of the best and most beautiful spots in Boca raton. You can watch all the boats come in and out and there's even a pavilion with BBQ grills that you can rent for birthday parties and such. Great spot to come with your family and enjoy the whole day, the parking is expensive at $4 an hour.

Best entrance for my family and I. There is a small park the kids can play in before or after hitting the beach.

Hi, Sandi. Dogs are not allowed on county-operated beaches, including at South Inlet Park. The closest beach park to South Inlet Park where dogs are allowed is Bark Beach at Spanish River Park: https://www.myboca.us/953/Bark-Beach-at-Spanish-River-Park. This beach park is operated by the City of Boca Raton Parks and Recreation Department. We recommend reaching out to the municipality regarding any inquiries about this beach park. Yes, at the jetty. But you have to be really careful not to go around the corner of the jetty near the entrance of the channel/inlet. The current can suck you into the channel. Just stay close to jetty and don't go too far to the end. You will see many many beautiful fish!! I love to snorkel there.
no picnic tables here. picnic tables at Spa ish River and Red Reef or South Inlet Park
I saw one up last week when I was down there.
Do not have to be a resident to use this beautiful beach
$3,00 per hour weekdays. $4,00 per hour weekends.
